KCR is part of the Moray Firth Radio network, transmitting on 102.8 FM.  The area covered is centred on Keith (in Banffshire, Scotland) stretching to Dufftown in the south, Buckie in the north, Elgin in the west and Huntly in the east.  KCR can be picked up on radios beyond those towns though!  Tapes of KCR shows have apparently ended up in England, Australia, Turkey, the USA and New Zealand.......
