David Sim was born and brought up in Aberdeen, which may account for him trying to negotiate a discount on the KCR charity raffle tickets.
Now at home near Forres, he has lived in Moray since 1995, and presented on the station (not continually, thankfully) for nearly a decade.
His musical tastes are wide ranging, but recently old age has been creeping up and he has found a new love for smooth and soul classics.
